If you wish to delete your Rhub account and associated personal data, please follow the steps below:
How to Request Account Deletion
- Send an email to: [email protected]
- Use the subject line: “Account Deletion Request – Rhub”
- Send the request from the email address associated with your Rhub account.
We may contact you to verify your identity before processing the request.
What Data Will Be Deleted
Upon verified request, we will delete:
- Your account information (email address and authentication data)
- Saved preferences (such as favorites)
- Associated identifiers stored in our database
What Data May Be Retained
Certain data may be retained for a limited period if required to:
- Comply with legal obligations
- Resolve disputes
- Enforce our agreements
- Maintain security logs
Processing Time
Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
Third-Party Services
Some data processed by third-party providers (e.g., Firebase, Supabase, OneSignal, Google AdMob) may remain subject to their independent data retention policies.
