By downloading, accessing, or using Rhub (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. About the App
Rhub is a fan-made informational companion application for Roblox players. The App provides game codes, guides, and related content.
Rhub is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation or any individual game developers.
All game names, trademarks, logos, and related assets remain the property of their respective owners.
3. Eligibility
The App is intended for users aged 13 years or older.
By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old.
If you are under 13, you must not use the App.
4. User Accounts
Users may create an account using email authentication.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of:
- Abuse
- Fraud
- Violation of these Terms
- Security risks

5. Intellectual Property
All original content within the App, including but not limited to:
- Text
- Design
- Layout
- Graphics
- Articles
- Code structure
is owned by the App creator unless otherwise stated.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or redistribute App content
- Scrape or extract data
- Use automated tools to collect information
- Reverse engineer or attempt to decompile the App
- Create derivative works based on the App
Unauthorized use may result in account termination and legal action where applicable.
6. Advertising
The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob.
We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements or for any products or services offered by advertisers.
Interactions with advertisers are solely between you and the third party.
7. Third-Party Services
The App relies on third-party services, including but not limited to:
- Supabase
- Firebase
- OneSignal
- Google AdMob
We are not responsible for service interruptions, data processing practices, or issues caused by third-party providers.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We do not guarantee that:
- The App will be error-free
- Game codes will always be valid
- The service will be uninterrupted
- Content will always be up to date
Use of the App is at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App creator shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of data
- Loss of game progress
- Loss of revenue
- Issues related to third-party services
- Temporary or permanent service interruptions
10. Modifications and Termination
We reserve the right to:
- Modify or discontinue features
- Update content
- Update these Terms of Service
- Suspend or terminate access to the App
Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Poland.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Polish courts, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
